Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked squash
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. grated raw carrots
    1 c. sour cream or mayonnaise
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/2 c. saltines or seasoned bread crumbs (herb stuffing is good)
Preparation
    Cook onion and squash in small amount of water; drain.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Add a few cracker crumbs on top along with 1/2 stick of \"pats\" of butter or margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
