Meatball Surprise (Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. grown beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
48 green stuffed olives

Preparation

Drain olives.
Mix taco mix with ground beef.
Surround each olive with 1 tablespoon meat.
Place meatballs in circular fashion on paper plate.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Serve hot.
Can be frozen ahead.
