Ingredients

1 c. butter or margarine (2 sticks)
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. flour
1 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In large bowl, beat butter or margarine with electric mixer on medium speed until softened.
Add sugar and vanilla and beat until fluffy.
With mixer on low speed, add flour and potato chips, beating until well mixed.
Drop by rounded teaspoons about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten dough with a fork that has been dipped in sugar.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
