Beer Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Buttermilk Biscuit mix
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. beer, room temperature
    12 1/4 inch cubes of cheddar cheese
    Paprika
Preparation
    With a fork, combine the biscuit mix, oil and beer, stirring until mix is moistened.
    Using a level tablespoon, spoon into greased muffin pan cups.
    Press a cheese cube into the center of each so the cheese shows.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake on a rack below oven center at 450\u00b0 about 8 minutes, or until a cake tester inserted off center comes out clean.
    Serve at once to preserve the malt flavor.
