Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water (not hot)
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    6 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 egg
    8 Tbsp. Mazola oil
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Scald milk and let cool to lukewarm. Beat sugar, salt and 3 cups of flour into yeast and milk.
    Add egg and oil, then the other flour.
    Work this together well and let rise in large bowl for 1 1/2 hours or until it doubles.
    Work up again and make into rolls.
    Let rise again.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    These are delicious spread with butter.
