Cheese Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 stick butter, softened
    3 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 egg yolk
    1 egg yolk, beaten
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine flour, cornstarch and salt in a bowl.
    Add and stir in the butter, egg yolk and grated Parmesan cheese.
    Mix all the ingredients to get a dough.
    Let it stand for 10 minutes, then roll it to 1/4 inch thick.
    Cut into shapes with metal cookie cutters.
