Chicken Delicious - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 c. cooked, cubed chicken (white meat is best)
    2 c. cooked rice (best if prepared in chicken broth from cooked chicken)
    2 c. cooked, chopped broccoli (frozen is fine; option: substitute 1 c. peas)
    1 c. Velveeta, cubed (store brand is fine)
    1 can cream of chicken soup (option: substitute cream of celery soup)
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
    1 c. sour cream (option: may be omitted or replaced with mayonnaise)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Pour into greased casserole (1 large or 2 small).
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven until bubbly, 30 to 45 minutes. Easily frozen.
