Chicken And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. broccoli, cooked as directed and drained
    6 chicken breasts, cooked and picked off bone
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 jar chopped pimento, drained (optional)
    1/4 c. chopped almonds (optional)
    1 c. sharp grated cheese
Preparation
    Layer broccoli and sliced chicken; mix all other ingredients and pour over broccoli and chicken.
    Then top with grated cheese. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 250\u00b0.
    Remove foil and add 1/2 cup butter or margarine to 1 package Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing seasoned dressing mix.
    Put on top of casserole and return to oven; bake for 1/2 hour.
