Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 chopped onions
1 c. stock/bouillon cube in c. hot water
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. tomato paste/catsup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can mushrooms
Preparation

Fry onions in oil until tender; add flour and stock; cook until thick.
Add tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; simmer ten minutes.
In another pan, brown beef and mushrooms; drain.
Add beef to sauce.
Just before serving, add sour cream; serve on rice or noodles.
