Favorite Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cream cheese
    1 lb. Ricotta
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. melted butter, cooled
    2 tsp. almond flavoring or vanilla
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix both cheeses together.
    Add sugar gradually.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time.
    Add dry ingredients and mix well.
    Add flavoring and butter.
    Mix well.
    Fold in sour cream.
    Pour into ungreased 10-inch spring-form pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 on middle rack for 1 hour.
    Turn off oven and leave in oven for 1/2 hour. Refrigerate and top with fruit, if desired.
