Shortcake Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 eggs
4 Tbsp. shortening
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
add milk to mix

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Makes 2 (9-inch) cakes or 1 long pan.
Can be cut in half to make 1 (9-inch) cake.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
