"Corn" Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter, softened
2 packets Splenda
5 eggs (room temperature)
1 1/2 c. almond flour
1/2 c. hazelnut flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. butter flavoring
1/4 c. corn bran or coarse grain corn meal
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

You can use almond flour but hazelnut flour gives more of a corn taste.
