Pico Del Galo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chopped sweet Texas 1015 onions
3 c. diced tomatoes
1 to 2 tsp. finely chopped jalapeno peppers
3 Tbsp. finely chopped cilantro
juice of 2 limes
salt and pepper to taste
pinch of garlic salt
Preparation
-
Combine onions, tomatoes, peppers, cilantro, lime juice, salt, pepper and garlic salt.
Mix well.
Refrigerate.
