Easy Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 lb. hamburger meat
pepper to taste
salt to taste
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/4 c. tomato juice
1/2 onion, diced
1 medium potato, cooked and mashed
3 eggs
dash of garlic
1/2 green pepper, diced

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well. Bake in oven for 1 hour.
