Sunday Morning Venison Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. venison, cut into cubes, or 1 lb. venison steaks
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 onion (medium)
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice or 1 1/2 c. cooked noodles
Preparation
    Spray a medium to large baking dish with a nonstick spray. Place venison in baking dish; slice onion on top of venison.
    Mix mushrooms with cream of mushroom soup; spread mixture over meat and onion.
    Cover; cook at 275\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
    Serves 4.
