Deer Meat And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. venison (deer meat), cut into chunks
    water
    1 Tbsp. Tony's Creole seasoning
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1/4 c. flour
    1 pkg. McCormick brown gravy mix
Preparation
    Cover meat with water.
    Add Creole seasoning.
    Place meat in crock-pot.
    Cook on high all day.
