Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
2/3 c. water
2 c. pumpkin puree
1 egg or 2 egg whites
1/4 c. honey
1/4 to 1/3 c. oil (preferably safflower or canola)
1/2 c. low-fat milk
1/2 c. orange juice
1 1/2 c. uncooked rolled oats
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
Preparation
