Beef Salad Provencale - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked beef roast, cut in thin strips *
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 1/2 c. sliced celery
    1 c. sliced green onions with tops
    1/2 c. each: mayonnaise and sour cream
    1/2 tsp. seasoned pepper
    1 tsp. each: prepared horseradish, prepared mustard and salt
    2 large tomatoes, cut into eighths
    cucumber slices
Preparation
    *Or use 1 (12 ounce) can chopped beef.
