Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Wesson oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 oz. red food coloring
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. white vinegar
Preparation
    Cream the oil and sugar.
    Add eggs.
    In a separate bowl, make a paste with cocoa and food coloring.
    Add to oil, sugar, and eggs.
    Put flour in sifter and add salt.
    Take buttermilk and add a little flour and blend.
    Add a little buttermilk and continue until all four is mixed.
    Mix vinegar and soda.
    Add to mixture last.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
