Upside-Down Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 medium onion, chopped
    15 oz. pizza sauce
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion and spices.
    Blend in pizza sauce.
    Put in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 30 minutes. Serve with salad.
