Egg Rolls (Lumpia) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. garlic, finely minced
    1/2 c. onions, finely chopped
    2 c. green beans (julienne-style), finely cut
    1/2 lb. ground beef (82% fat-free)
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1 c. carrots, finely chopped
    1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce, diluted with 1 to 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Saute garlic and onions in oil.
    When garlic is brown and onion is transparent, add celery, carrots and green beans.
    Simmer for 3 minutes.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Set aside.
