Apple-Carrot-Raisin Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 apples, diced
    2 or 3 carrots, grated
    2 c. pineapple (chunks or crushed), drained (reserve juice)
    1/2 to 1 c. raisins
    1/2 c. nuts or sunflower seeds (optional)
Preparation
    Prepare fruit and vegetables.
    Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Add some pineapple juice, if desired.
    Mix well.
    Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours.
    Serves 6 to 8, as fruit cup, salad for light snack or dessert.
    Very colorful and easy salad.
