Chili Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. ripe tomatoes
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 nutmeg, grated
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped red peppers
    2 Tbsp. ginger
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 pt. vinegar
    1/2 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Peel tomatoes and chop.
    Chop other vegetables.
    Boil all ingredients, except vinegar, together for two hours, or until soft and broken.
    Add vinegar and boil for one hour, stirring frequently.
    Put in jars and seal while hot.
