Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. (only) frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimento
    1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions
Preparation
    Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 cup onions.
    Pour into 1-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with cheese and bake uncovered 5 minutes longer; also add onions on top with cheese.
