Creole Peanut Butter Soup(A Creole Style Southern Favorite) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, minced
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    2 c. milk
    2 c. tomato juice
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Saute minced onion in butter for about 3 minutes.
    Stir in flour
    and seasonings.
    Blend in peanut butter.
    Gradually stir in\tmilk.
    Cook,
    stirring\tuntil thickened.
    Add tomato juice and bring
    to a boil.\tSprinkle with parsley.\tYields 4 servings.
