Irish Soda Bread(For Two Loaves) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 c. sifted flour
5 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
2 c. raisins or currants
3 Tbsp. caraway seed
4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
4 eggs, slightly beaten
3 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients in mixing bowl.
Add raisins or currants and caraway seed.
Stir in combined melted margarine, beaten eggs and buttermilk until a soft dough is formed.
Turn out on a lightly floured board and knead until stickiness disappears.
Form in two round cake pans (greased).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 25 minutes.
