One Dish Meal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    8 potatoes (medium size)
    5 carrots
    2 medium chopped onions
    1 pt. tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    Make beef into meat balls and brown.
    Add potatoes (cut in half), carrots (cut in 1-inch pieces), onions, tomatoes, salt and pepper.
    Simmer 1 1/2 hours in covered pan.
