Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 1/2 c. tomato paste
    1 tsp. oregano
    3/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    2 tsp. basil
    2 tsp. salt
    8 oz. lasagne noodles
    3 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown the ground beef, onion and garlic.
    Drain grease.
    Add tomatoes, tomato paste, basil, oregano and salt.
    Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook lasagne noodles.
    Mix parsley flakes, eggs, cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese together.
    In a 9 x 13-inch baking pan, layer noodles, meat and cheese mixture.
    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
    Bake for 45 minutes.
