Blackberry Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    double recipe Basic Pie Shell (previous recipe; unbaked)
    6 c. ripe, fresh blackberries
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 375\u00b0. Divide the pastry in half and roll out 1 half with a floured rolling pin to fit a deep dish, measuring approximately 11 x 8 x 2-inches. Roll out remaining pastry very thin and cut into 1-inch wide strips. Place half of the strips on an ungreased baking sheet and bake until partially cooked and slightly browned. Increase the oven temperature to 425\u00b0.
