Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. extract of choice (e.g. lemon, almond)
3 tsp. baking powder
3 c. flour
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
Add extract.
Sift baking powder and flour.
Mix well.
Dough should be just firm enough to handle.
