Spinach-Artichoke Casserole - cooking recipe

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. white pepper
dash of Tabasco
2 (14 oz.) cans artichoke hearts, drained and halved
Preparation

Cook spinach according to package directions and drain.
Saute onion in butter.
Add spinach, sour cream and next 4 ingredients. Stir well.
Place artichokes in lightly greased casserole.
Spoon spinach mixture over artichokes.
Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.
Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Uncover and continue to cook for 10 minutes.
