Ingredients

1 c. butter or oleo, softened
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 2/3 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. finely chopped nuts
54 Hershey's Kisses (9 oz. pkg.), unwrapped or Rollo's
powdered sugar
Preparation

Cream butter, sugar and vanilla until fluffy.
Combine flour and cocoa; blend in cream mixture.
Add nuts.
Beat on low speed until well blended.
Chill dough 1 hour or until very firm to handle.
Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Mold scant tablespoon of dough around each Kiss, covering Kiss completely.
Shape into balls.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until almost set.
Cool slightly.
Remove from cookie sheet.
Cool.
Roll in powdered sugar.
Makes 4 1/2 dozen.
