Kringla(This Is A Norwegian Cookie.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. whipping cream
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
4 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Preparation

Whip the whipping cream.
Add (fold) in sour cream.
Let stand.
Beat together the butter, sugar, egg and vanilla.
Add whipping cream and sour cream mixture.
Slowly add remaining ingredients.
The dough will be very soft!
Chill dough overnight before forming cookies.
