New England Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head green cabbage, finely chopped
    1 carrot, shredded
    1 medium red or white onion, chopped finely or grated
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. honey
    dash of Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Put cabbage and vegetables in bowl.
    Combine and mix remaining ingredients.
    Pour over cabbage mixture.
    Chill 3 hours.
    Serve with seafood, poultry, etc.
