Walnut Torta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 egg yolks plus 2 whole eggs
    1 Tbsp. whiskey
    12 Tbsp. sifted flour
    22 Tbsp. fine ground walnuts
    4 Tbsp. each: flour and grated toast
    1 tsp. vanilla
    8 egg whites
    dash of salt
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks plus 2 whole eggs well.
    Add whiskey and sugar. Beat well for 3 minutes with an electric mixer.
    Remove from mixer and fold in walnuts.
    Fold in flour and toast.
    Add vanilla. Beat egg whites with a dash of salt and cream of tartar and beat until stiff.
    Now fold egg yolk mixture into whites.
    Mix.
    Pour into pan and bake for 55 minutes at 350\u00b0.
