Perfect Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. unsifted flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. Crisco
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 large egg
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Put flour, sugar and salt in a bowl and mix well with fork. Add Crisco and mix with fork until crumbly.
In small bowl, mix water, vinegar and egg.
Combine the two mixtures and mix well. Divide dough into five portions and shape into flat and round. Wrap in waxed paper and chill at least 1/2 hour.
Also, may be frozen.
