Church Men'S Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 c. onion-garlic croutons
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 tubes sausage (1 hot)
    8 eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 can cream mushroom soup
    1 soup can of milk
    1 bag country chunk hash browns
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    3/4 tsp. dried mustard
Preparation
    Night Before:
    Brown sausage; drain. Beat lightly the eggs, milk and dry mustard. In 9 x 13-inch pan, put sausage, croutons and cheese. Pour egg mixture over; refrigerate overnight.
