The Reverend'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix together but not overmixing, it will be tough if you do. Put in aluminum foil-lined loaf pan.
    Cover with sides of boil. Bake at 300\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    Serve with ketchup or steak sauce. Serves about 8.
    Season to taste.
