Perfect Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 c. canned pumpkin
1 2/3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. water
Preparation

Combine oil, eggs, 1/3 cup water and pumpkin.
Sift together the next 6 ingredients.
Gradually beat into first mixture.
Stir in nuts.
Pour into greased and floured large loaf pan or 2 small loaf pans or 20 cupcake pans.
Bake all sizes in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
