Country Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. nonfat milk
    8 oz. can chicken broth
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 to 4 Tbsp. paprika
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Melt margarine in saucepan.
    Stir in flour until blended.
    Add milk and chicken broth, stirring, cooking until thick.
    Add paprika, which gives a good color, 1 teaspoon pepper and salt to taste.
