Grandpa'S Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can pink salmon
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. melted butter
3 slices dried bread, crumbled
1 medium onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
Preparation

Drain salmon and save half of the juice.
Remove skin and bones from salmon.
Set aside.
Mix together the celery, onion and crumbled dried bread.
Add eggs and butter.
Mix.
Add salmon and small amount of juice.
Mix well.
Bake in greased 9 x 5-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
