Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. brown sugar
    1/3 c. shortening
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    In big bowl, stir together first 4 ingredients.
    Cut in shortening until mixture resembles crumbs.
    Combine eggs, mashed potatoes and milk.
    Add at once into dry ingredients.
    Knead gently on floured board, 10 or 12 strokes.
    Roll out to 1/2-inch thick. Cut out with biscuit butter.
    Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake in a 425\u00b0 oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
