Lemon Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1/2 c. Crisco shortening
    4 eggs
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. plain flour
    1 c. whole milk
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    In large bowl, cream butter, Crisco, eggs and sugar together.
    Add flour, milk and flavorings.
    Mix on high for 2 minutes.
    Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake for 1 hour, until top is golden brown.
    Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
