Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 3/4 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cream shortening, sugar and eggs together at medium speed. Mix and sift flour, baking powder and salt and add alternately with the milk to the first mixture.
Add vanilla and beat 1 minute.
Pour into muffin pans and bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
