Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    1 box Stove Top cornbread stuffing mix*
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup (undiluted)
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 celery stalk, chopped
    Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Boil chicken for 1 hour, cool and remove from bone.
    Prepare stuffing mix according to directions on box.
    Mix soups, onion, celery and one-half of the stuffing together in a bowl.
    Place mixture in bottom of a casserole dish.
    Add chicken pieces.
    Add sliced Velveeta cheese over chicken.
    Put remaining stuffing on top of cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
