Low-Fat Mayonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    dash of paprika
    1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
    3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. Mazola oil or olive oil
    1 single pkg. Hidden Valley seasonings
    garlic and onion powder (optional)
    2 eggs (can use egg substitute)
Preparation
    Place all ingredients, except oil, in blender and mix at high speed.
    Slowly add the oil, blending constantly.
    If too thick, thin with a few drops of lemon juice.
