Cottage Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 servings instant mashed potatoes or whipped potatoes
    1 1/2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1 c. large curd creamed cottage cheese
Preparation
    Decreasing the water by 1/2 cup, prepare the potatoes according to package directions, but add the onion to the boiling water before adding the potatoes.
    With a fork, fold in the cottage cheese.
    Turn into a 1-quart casserole.
    Dot with butter. Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings.
