Spring Fruit Salad(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges (drained)
    1 can (8 oz.) pineapple tidbits (drained)
    1 cup flaked coconut, toasted
    1 cup miniature marshmallows
    1 cup (8 oz.) sour cream
    2 tbsp. chopped walnuts
    1 tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine first five ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Cover and refrigerate over night.
    Just before serving, sprinkle with walnuts and brown sugar.
    Garnish with mint if desired.
