Ingredients

2 loaves frozen bread dough
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. oregano
melted butter or margarine
1 lb. hot or Italian sausage
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation

Thaw and let frozen bread dough rise as instructed on package. Roll into 2 large circles.
Fry sausage and drain.
Place 1/2 of sausage on each dough circle.
Spread 1/2 of Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top of sausage.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of each seasoning.
Roll up, jelly roll style; seal all edges and place, seam side down, on cookie sheet. Brush top with melted butter or margarine.
Sprinkle top with additional parsley flakes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until top is golden brown.
