California Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium avocados, halved
    juice of one lemon
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped tomato
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. minced cilantro
Preparation
    Scoop the avocado from the shells, leaving about a 1/8 inch rim.
    Squeeze the lemon juice over the empty shell halves and pulp.
    Mash the pulp and combine with remaining ingredients to make the filling.
    Return the filling to the shells.
    Serve with chips.
